- Relevant university degree within Engineering or other related subject
- 8-10 years relevant experience from offshore/subsea sector
- Strong technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in (Engineering programs / systems )or similar is an advantage
- Experience in analysis of marine lifting-, deployment-, tow- and hookup operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project and Orcaflex
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to resolving problems in a pleasant and articulate manner
