- Relevant university degree or ongoing in Law, Business, Quantity survey or similar is preferred
- Experience in similar role or relevant industry experience
- Familiarity with industry standard contracts (e.g., LOGIC, BIMCO, FIDIC, IMCA, NEC)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
