- Previous experience in offshore crewing or a similar coordination role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures and disciplines.
- Knowledge of marine crew competency and compliance requirements.
- Experience with mobilisation HR systems and data management
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
