Join our team as a Crewing Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Crewing Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be the key point of contact for offshore personnel coordination across our Asia Pacific operations. You’ll manage mobilisation, compliance, and logistics for a wide range of vessel-based roles including Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Marine Crew, and Supervisory teams.

Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate crewing requirements in line with project schedules and rotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore personnel and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation.
  • Ensure crew competencies and certifications meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate visa applications and mobilisation logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records across HR and crewing systems.
  • Provide general personnel and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in offshore crewing or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures and disciplines.
  • Knowledge of marine crew competency and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with mobilisation HR systems and data management
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
