- Available to commence as a Deck Cadet or Advance Standing Deck Cadet in 2025.
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Applied Science (Nautical Science) or equivalent or meet the minimum entry requirements.
- Relevant maritime operations experience is beneficial but not essential.
- The ability to obtain and hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
- Demonstrate a high level of health, safety and environmental practices and behaviours.
- The ability to build positive working relationships and display collaborative skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- The ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Demonstrate a flexible, adaptable and resilient approach to meet vessel and company demands.
