- Technical Expertise: Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting survey hardware and software suites.
- Processing Mastery: Expert-level skill in processing multibeam, side-scan sonar, sub-bottom profiler, and navigation.
- GIS & Data Management: Strong Knowledge of GIS, charting tools, cloud-based workflows, and QA/QC methodologies.
- Operational Agility: Proven ability to manage complex data transfers, archiving, and multi-stage delivery schedules.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organisational, time-management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying / Geophysics, Geoscience Or a closely related discipline.
Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated offshore data processing experience.
- Proven track record on complex offshore survey projects.
- Certification: Must meet or exceed IMCA competence criteria for a Geomatic Surveyor.
