Join our team as a Graduate Survey & Inspection Workshop Technician

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Graduate Survey & Inspection Workshop Technician to join our high-performing team Survey & Inspection team on a permanent basis.

For this role, you will work closely with experienced Survey Engineers and Technicians to prepare, test, service, and integrate S&I systems used on our vessels operating globally.

This is a fantastic entry-point for Electrical & Electronic Engineering graduates seeking hands‑on exposure to offshore survey and inspection systems, operations, and project delivery.

 

Career Development & Progression

This position offers a pathway from onshore to offshore, with progression based on capability, experience, and operational readiness. Typical progression may include:

  • Graduate Engineering Technician (Onshore)
    Building core system knowledge, practical skills, and understanding of S&I operations.
  • Offshore S&I Engineering Support
    Supporting offshore campaigns and vessel operations as part of survey teams.
  • Offshore Surveyor
    Delivering survey operations offshore with increasing technical and operational responsibility.
  • Project Surveyor (Hybrid Onshore/Offshore)
    Combining offshore survey leadership with onshore engineering, planning, and project support.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Hydrographic Survey, Geomatics, or similar field. and / or demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
