We are currently looking for a dedicated Health Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the health and well-being of our employees while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations across our operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being.
- Monitor and report on health assessments, potential health risks, and the implementation of health protocols.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide guidance and support for occupational health issues, including work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct training and workshops to raise awareness about health and wellness among employees.
- Collaborate with teams to promote a safety-first work culture.
- Stay updated on changes in health regulations and best practices.
