DOFGroup is a leading provider of subsea services in all the major oil and gas production regions around the world. With world-class ROVs (Remote Operated Vehicles), Survey systems, and a fleet of offshore construction vessels, the group combines expertise and technology to deliver integrated subsea solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Health Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the health and well-being of our employees while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations across our operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being.
  • Monitor and report on health assessments, potential health risks, and the implementation of health protocols.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support for occupational health issues, including work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct training and workshops to raise awareness about health and wellness among employees.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote a safety-first work culture.
  • Stay updated on changes in health regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Nursing;
  • Experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the oil and gas or marine industry.
  • Knowledge of health legislation and regulations pertinent to workplace health.
  • Additional training in Occupational Medicine/Nursing;
  • Active registration with the respective Professional Council (CRM or COREN);
  • For physicians, specialization in Occupational Medicine registered with the Federal Medical Council (RQE);
  • Knowledge of HSEQ procedures;
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs);
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 18001/45001, and 14001).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment;

Work Environment:

Work Environment: The role involves working primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel to offshore locations or Macaé for health assessments and audits as required.
