- Proven experience in a similar role within the marine and/or similar offshore environment is essential.
- Experienced with marine/project operations including the safety protocols and compliance regulatory obligations.
- Strong organisational, coordination and multi-tasking skills to manage a robust environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages particularly with Excel, including other vessel management systems.
- Experience in crewing and/or administration within the offshore industry is beneficial.
- Hold a current or be able to obtain a BOSIET with CA-EBS certification and a valid OEUK medical certification is required.
- Possess a resilient, adaptable and flexible approach to meet challenging operational requirements.
- Able to work Offshore and remotely, with rotational rostered patterns.
