- Bachelor degree in Engineering or higher in Marine, Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamics or Offshore Engineering qualification that is recognised by Engineers Australia for Professional Membership
- Minimum 2+ years in offshore/subsea design or project engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Project.
- Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills
- Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision
- Good technical skills
- A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ
- The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic project environment driven by deadlines
- Experience with developing procedures in at least some of the following disciplines: Moorings Repair / Installation, Subsea Structure and Equipment Recovery / Installation, SURF, IMR and / or Decommissioning
- Experience in preparing Scopes of Work for Subcontractors and deck layouts for mobilisation plans
- Experience developing rigging design, lift planning and installation procedures associated with the deployment of subsea infrastructure
