- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Typically 8+ years of project management experience within the offshore energy, subsea, marine, oil & gas, renewables, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success delivering EPCI, SURF, offshore installation, or subsea construction projects.
- Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, commercial management, and project controls.
- Experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams
- A sound understanding and working knowledge of statutory requirements, HSE regulations and Standards related to the Offshore Engineering industry.
