- Technical education (bachelor's/master's degree) and/or relevant work experience within logistics for marine operations
- Experience with marine- and subsea equipment within areas such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping processes, and customs regulations.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in a Scandinavian language for specific positions
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and third parties.
The right candidate should be able to lead and contribute effectively within project teams, as well as work independently in dynamic project environments to successfully deliver projects.
Frequent travel will be required in this position.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager in Norway.
