- Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques and best practices.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
