Senior HSEQ Coordinator

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HSEQ team!

Are you passionate about ensuring projects are safe, compliant, and delivered with quality? As a Senior HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting HSEQ activities throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to closure.

In this role, you will use your HSEQ expertise to support our projects, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a strong HSEQ culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• HSEQ Management: Support the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of DOF’s HSEQ Integrated Management System, including HSEQ tools, procedures and templates.
• Project & Tender Support: Provide HSEQ support to tenders and projects, including project documentation, HSEQ KPIs and compliance with relevant legislation, policies, guidance and best practices.
• Risk Management: Support HSEQ risk management at departmental and project levels, facilitate project risk assessments and maintain project risk registers.
• Audits & Investigations: Lead HSEQ inspections and audits, and facilitate or participate in incident investigations and follow-up of non-conformities.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support HSEQ training initiatives onshore and offshore, and facilitate Lessons Learned and Experience Transfer sessions.
• HSEQ Culture & Objectives: Contribute to a strong HSEQ culture and support the achievement of departmental and company HSEQ objectives.
