Description

As our Vessel and Asset Delivery Manager, you will take overall accountability for the readiness, performance, and cost recovery of our regional vessels and assets. You will also coordinate across departments to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective project delivery.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Vessel and Asset Delivery Manager who communicates effectively with stakeholders, demonstrates strong planning and organisational skills, and works flexibly in a dynamic environment. You promote a proactive safety culture, maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity, and build strong relationships across the organisation while ensuring accountability for asset readiness.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure vessels and assets are operationally ready, compliant, and available for projects
  • Manage vessel contracts, including charter parties, cost tracking, and downtime follow-up
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, including dry-docking and upgrades
  • Support tenders with readiness data, cost input, and technical insight
  • Build strong relationships with vessel owners, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements

  • University degree in Marine, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in vessel, asset, or offshore operations management
  • Good knowledge of vessel administration, maintenance, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English

This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager.
