The DOF Group is pleased to announce another contract award in Brazil for Libra Consortium the DOF Group has been awarded contracts in Brazil worth USD 250 million. DOF Subsea Brazil will be responsible for the ROV operations while Norskan will be responsible for marine operations. Both companies are 100% owned subsidiaries of DOF ASA. DOF ASA and DOF Subsea AS are pleased to announce that each of the companies have agreed to extend the principal and interest suspension agreements with are suspended until 31 January 2021 on certain customary terms and conditions. Such terms and conditions include customary restrictions on the DOF group (the ""Group"") in the relevant period and customary termination rights for the secured lenders. The current stand-still from BNDES to Norskan Offshore Ltda. will expire on 31 December 2020 and the continuation of the extended stand-still with the other secured lenders to 31 January 2021 will then either require a continued stand-still from BNDES from 31 December 2020 to 31 January 2021 or acceptance to servicing of the debt to BNDES by the other secured lenders. The MNOK 100 Credit Facility referred to above which originally expired on 30 June 2020 has also been extended. The extensions of the stand-still periods are entered into in order to facilitate the continued constructive dialogue with the secured lenders and bondholders under the Group's bond loans regarding a long-term financial restructuring of the Group. The suspension agreements comprise all companies within the Group except for DOF Subsea Brasil Servicos Ltda. As regards the secured lenders (other than the secured lenders of DOF Subsea Brasil Servicos Ltda.) who have not entered into the suspension agreements or provided a similar concession DOF ASA and DOF Subsea AS will continue to impose an unilateral stand still on the payment of principal and interest to such secured lenders for as long as the suspension agreements remain in force. Such unilateral stand still is required to comply with the terms of the suspension agreements. Woodside has awarded DOF Subsea Australia a contract to provide Transportation & Installation (T&I) services in support of flowline installation operations in the Cossack Wanaea Lambert and Hermes (CWLH) field which with an in-built saturation diving system and 140Te AHC crane is ideally suited to these operations. DOF Subsea has been awarded an integrated Field Support Vessel (FSV) contract with an international oil company in Angola. The project shall utilize Skandi Seven for a minimum of 303 firm vessel days plus 365 days of options. Reference is made to the resolutions adopted in the bondholders' meetings in DOF Subsea AS' three bond loans (FRN DOF Subsea AS Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2013/2020 an agreement for the restructuring of the Group will not be reached before the current deferral and standstill arrangements with the bondholders expire. DOF Subsea AS has therefore requested Nordic Trustee AS to summon bondholders' meetings in the three bond loans to consider the extension of the standstill period initially until [15 December 2020] [and with a possibility to extend to 31 January 2021 with the approval of an ad-hoc committee of bondholders]. The proposal is further described in the attached summons to the bondholders in the three bond loans. A corresponding request has been made to the company's secured lenders to extend the suspension of payments of principal and interest that have been granted by a majority of its secured lenders. Skandi Paraty (AHTS 21,000 with ROV operated by DOF Subsea Brasil) has been awarded an 1-year contract extension with Petrobras until July 2022.

Skandi Iguaçu is on-hire with Equinor on a spot contract utilisation in July and August, 2021.
