DOF Group ASA (“DOF”) is pleased to announce two new contracts in Brazil.
Skandi Fluminense, a 2007 Brazilian-built anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel with 211t bollard pull, and Skandi Lifter, a foreign-flagged 250t AHTS built in 2009 have each been contracted on 4-year contracts with Petrobras, following the same competitive AHTS tender process that resulted the contracts of Skandi Logger, Skandi Iguaçu, Skandi Angra, Skandi Paraty and Skandi Urca, previously announced. Skandi Fluminense is expected to commence in January 2026 and Skandi Lifter in February 2026. Skandi Lifter will be reflagged to Brazilian flag prior to contract commencement.
AHTS vessels are specialized vessels mainly used in the offshore energy industry. Their primary functions include anchor handling, platform towing, logistical support, and emergency response.
The two contracts have a combined value of more than USD 220 million.

DOF Subsea has recently secured several new contracts for project scopes to be carried out over the next few months in the North Sea. The contracts Geosund and Skandi Hera. In addition the company has also recently been awarded three new North Sea frame agreements for IRM and Survey work. The accumulated revenue from these contract awards are estimated to be around 80 million NOK and secures utilisation of approximately 100 vessel days. DOF announce that it has been awarded contracts for three ROV Support Vessels (RSV) with Petroleo Brasileiro S.A.(Petrobras). All contracts have a firm duration of three years and can be extended for another two years. DOF Subsea (DOF) and TechnipFMC announce that the Skandi Olinda and two work-class ROVs** allowing her to lay flexible pipes in water depths up to 2 500 meters. She was built by Vard Promar Brazilian yard where her sister ship Skandi Recife was also constructed. Under the DOF/TechnipFMC joint venture agreement TechnipFMC will manage flexible pipelay and DOF will be responsible for marine operations. DOF Subsea CEO Mons S.
