DOF Group ASA (“DOF”) is pleased to announce a contract award for moorings hook-up services in the APAC region.
The contract will utilise Skandi Hercules with related mooring and subsea installation services. The scope of work includes DOF’s full suite of in-house project management, engineering, procurement and logistics support services.
Offshore execution is scheduled in Q1 2026, and the vessel utilisation under the contract is expected to be approximately four weeks.
The size of the contract is Limited, which DOF defines as a contract with a value of up to USD 15 million.

Austevoll, Norway, 15 June 2023: On 8 June2023, the board of directors decided to increase the Company's share capital by issuance of 2,573,563 new ordinary shares, based on an authorization granted by the annual general meeting of the Company held on 25 May 2023. The share capital increase of NOK 6,433,907.50 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Following registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 402,060,397.50 divided into 34,231,220 ordinary shares and126,592,939 B-shares, each with nominal value of NOK 2.50.

Austevoll, Norway, 13 June 2023: Reference is made to the announcement by DOF Group ASA (the "Company", or “DOF”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) earlier today regarding the commencement of the bookbuilding period and the application period in connection with the initial public offering of ordinary shares in the Company (the "Offering" or the "IPO"). The Company has been informed that the Managers (as defined below) have received orders such that the offering (including the over-allotment option) is oversubscribed at the fixed price of NOK 28.00 per offer share.

Austevoll, Norway, 12 June 2023: Further to the announced Intention to Float published on 1 June 2023, DOF Group ASA (the "Company", or “DOF”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) has resolved to launch an initial public offering of shares in the Company (the "Offering" or the "IPO") and today announces the terms of the Offering and the subsequent listing of its ordinary shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange, or alternatively Euronext Expand (the "Listing"), and together with the Offering, the "IPO").
Subject to approval of the listing application and successful completion of the Offering, the ordinary shares of DOF (the "Shares") are expected to be admitted to listing and commence trading on Oslo Børs, alternatively Euronext Expand, on or about 22 June 2023 under the ticker "DOFG".

On Friday morning, June 2, a fire occurred onboard Skandi Buzios while the vessel was alongside Porto do Açu in Brazil. All personnel are safe and no serious injuries were sustained. The fire has been brought under control after efforts by the crew and local authorities. TechDOF is cooperating in the investigation of the fire and its cause. Skandi Buzios is owned and operated by TechDOF, a joint venture between TechnipFMC and DOF Subsea.

Na manhã de sexta-feira, 02 de junho, ocorreu um incêndio a bordo do Skandi Búzios enquanto a embarcação estava atracada no Porto do Açu, no norte do estado do Rio de Janeiro. Toda a tripulação está em segurança e nenhum ferimento grave foi registrado. O incêndio foi controlado após esforços de nossa tripulação, do Porto do Açu e das autoridades locais. A TechDOF está cooperando com a investigação do incêndio e sua causa. Skandi Búzios pertence e é operada pela TechDOF, uma joint venture entre a TechnipFMC e a DOF Subsea.
